During the winter months we can carry out weekly visits providing security and maintenance of the property, ensuring that:

· All electrical and gas appliances are safe and in good working order.

· Fresh water supply,grey water and sewerage discharge are functioning.......properly.

· All windows and doors are closed and shuttered, and mailboxes emptied

· Building structure, gutters and roofs are sound and weatherproof.

· Infestations of vermin are eliminated.

Gite Cleaning

We can make sure that your property is cleaned and aired before your arrival, ensure that your beds are made and that clean towels are available. We will turn on the appliances, fridge, freezer, hot water etc., and even leave a welcome pack if desired. When you or your guests leave, all the laundry will be washed and ironed, ready for the next occupants. If the property is unoccupied for any length of time, then the house will be closed up and secured.

Seasonal Preparation

If you are using your property as a holiday home, the last thing you want to do is spend precious time cleaning out your house. We will ensure that, on your arrival, everything is ready for you. The house will be given a full spring-clean so that you can enjoy your stay to the full. At the end of the season, we will close down all the appliances, remove and bag all soft furnishings and linen and secure the property. Any remedial works will be carried out, after full written authority has been obtained, by our in-house tradesmen.

Linen Service

If desired, we offer a complete laundry service to include full wash and ironing of all bed linen, towels, bathmats and tea towels..

Garden Maintenance

Garden maintenance is vital to keep your property looking attractive

and inviting. We have an abundance of experience in both maintenance and garden design and can offer a full range of services

from simple grass cutting to a full revamp of your grounds, from pergodas to ornamental pools. We also undertake ground clearance and hedge cutting to ensure that your property looks its best at all times.

Key Holding and Changeover Services

Visit to the property (normally weekly)

Exterior checks of doors, windows and shutters. Outbuildings and barns. Outside drains for blockages from leaves and fauna etc.

Interior checks of all rooms, bathrooms, toilets and utility rooms for possible leaks and infestations.

Check for possibly urgent mail to be forwarded

Additional visits after adverse weather

Small repairs will be attended to immediately.

Larger repairs will be temporarily fixed and an ongoing course of action agreed with you.
